Custodial, maintenance, and grounds staff provide a clean, safe environment for our schools.

Education & Testing

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • State/FBI background clearance

May be required for specific jobs

  • Valid Washington State driver’s license
  • Evidence of insurability
  • Sexual harassment training
  • Proof of immunization
  • Low-Pressure Boiler license
  • Water-works operator certification

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Necessary Knowledge

Pay

  • Range: $18,500 – $41,800

Most school custodial, maintenance and grounds positions are year-round.
